Like a lot of the houses in the Centre Villa the outside is often a bit of an illusion and you are almost always pleasantly surprised with what you will find.
While the house is perfect for a Romantic getaway for two,it is also a fun place for two couples to share or a family with children, however, because of the stairs we would not recommend it as suitable for family's with toddlers or people with impaired mobility.
Upon entering the house open the french doors and you will find the master bedroom with en-suite. Back in the entrance way go up the spiral staircase to the living room which contains a double bed sofa, there is a TV/DVD in the room and the house has SFR/ WIFI/INTERNET TV connections. We have installed an Air Conditioning /Heating System on each floor to add to your comfort throughout the changing seasons. French doors which lead to a smaller bedroom containing bunk beds with en-suite bathroom. Carry on up the staircase and you are in the open plan kitchen/dining area with seating for 6. There is a spiral staircase which leads you onto the Rooftop terrace which has a table with six chairs (plus 2 additional chairs). A sun bed, Large sun Umbrella(270 cm), smaller table with sun umbrella and BBQ. High above the sleepy street it is the perfect setting for a wonderful relaxing evening away from the bustle of everyday life. While Smoking is not permitted inside the house so long as you dispose of your cigarettes responsibly we do not object to smoking on the terrace...
