The extensive living space is open plan with a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, double seating area for winter facing the 1m 80 sculptural log burner in the center of the house or garden facing for the Summer with access to TV/wifi/music centre. There are 4 private en suite bedrooms ( two on the ground floor) and a downstairs cloakroom and utility room.
The barn has a unique look with antiques everywhere. Extensive travels have resulted in many from Asian origin (Buddhas and Monks from the flea market in Beijing). Classicial antiques including the impressive pair of 2.90m English mirrors, french armoires, salon furniture and marble busts have all been acquired over the years in Europe. The barn is a truly one off experience for those who appreciate the luxury of space, antiques and seclusion in a peaceful setting on the edge of a small village.
The 4 bedrooms are individually decorated offering elegance and comfort for all:
Master suite ( Colonial Suite) : king size Indian bed from and colonial antique furniture. Large ensuite with separate WC, shower & bathroom. Private terrace with view across the vineyards.
Morrocan Suite: ground floor.Impressive double door leads to open dressing room with direct access to shower room, double bedroom and sun room.
Herault Suite: smaller room, french grey with twin beds and en suite shower room.
Languedoc Suite: french grey & white, antique french furniture, king size mezzanine bedroom accessed by spiral staircase from lower level with large ensuite shower room.
