There is a range of cupboards plus a hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The property is fully fenced in so that children can be left to play without worries. Ille-sur-Têt is in the Pyrenees Orientales, the most southerly 'department' in France, which is bounded on the south by Spain, on the east by the Mediterranean, and on the west by Andorra. Hence Sun, Sea and Mountains! The town lies half way down the valley of the River Têt as it flows from the Pyrenees through Perpignan and from there to the Mediterranean sea.
