It is stone built and terraced. It is comparatively cool the summer and warm in winter. It has three floors; the ground floor consists of a Hall, Single Bedroom, Utility Room and a small integral garage.The first floor has the lounge with a bed-settee, a dining area, with a small balcony, a kitchen and a WC.On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms, a large shower and washroom and a further separate WC.
HOUSE FACILITIES:
The single bedroom has a basin with hot & cold water. The utility room has a washing machine and a sink with hot & cold water.
The kitchen has a bottled gas cooker, microwave oven/grill toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, an electric kettle and modern kitchen units. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has twin beds, built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.The shower room, which is quite large, has a washbasin, bidet and shower.

The locals are so very friendly and overall it has a calm and peaceful atmosphere and is an ideal place to wind down. It is also makes an excellent base for touring the region and for house hunting.
