It is such a beautiful area with mountains and forests and little villages to explore. The wonderful scenery changes with the seasons so we are open for visitors all the year round. We are ideally situated for walking, skiing, fishing ,house hunting or just having a well earned rest! There is so much to see, and you will enjoy the break from the pressures of work andDouble Room home. Just a few ideas would be, a visit to Andorra for your duty free shopping. A trip to the medieval city of Mirepoix with its lovely architecture (make sure you take your camera). A picnic at the lovely Lac Montbel, an un spoilt area of natural beauty. Visit Foix and Limoux the list is endless! If you don't want to go too far, there are many different walks around our village of Belesta too.
In the summer breakfast is usually served in the garden , and we have a baker a couple of doors away so your croissants will still be warm! We can do evening meals or picnics (by prior arrangement) as our aim is make your stay with us as restful and enjoyable as possible in this largely un spoilt peaceful area. We can arrange airport pick-up if required from Carcassonne, but for longer breaks a car is needed to explore this beautiful area.
