Is located in a quiet narrow street in single, enclosed area of 47 ares with closed pool. There are few cars pass. 500m starts on a vast expanse Wooded area (the bois du sourd) as well as where there are no houses Stand.
The house is very stylishly furnished and offers very nicely furnished rooms. The living room is luxuriously furnished, dining room and a large lounge with TV and very nice fireplace. There are 3 TVs (TV Vlaanderen) in the house and also a DVD player. Internet. Air conditioning The kitchen has a 4 + pitsgasvuur oven and microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a 6-burner cooker with large oven with width of 90cm. At the large table in the dining room you can enjoy with 18/20 people a delicious meal. Everything is provided to comfortably cook for large groups. There are three refrigerators, a washer and dryer provided in the home.
There are eight tastefully furnished bedrooms, 7 rooms have a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds. There are 4 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.
The garden and the heated pool is fully fenced. The spacious terrace, in blue stone, features a large umbrella and new furniture. There is also a lovely covered terrace with private swimming pool ( 12x6m ). In the pool house there is a beautiful salon and a lounge bar. Around the pool is a terrace in white stone with plenty of sun loungers. The garden is laid to lawn with trees so you can enjoy the sun and shade quietly. There is also a new and nicely equipped gas BBQ with the heater elements to keep. Hot sauce The garden offers plenty of space for children, but within are many possibilities including football, table tennis, darts and table airhocky. Outside there is space for ball games and there is also a trampoline and petanque. There are 2 covered parking spaces for cars and there is ample private parking on the premises.
