The fenced garden (2,000m²) has many trees that offer the necessary shade. Around the swimming pool (8x4m – 1.20 to 1.60 m deep) there is a large terrace with a gas barbecue. This is a delightful place to enjoy a drink or read a good book.
The villa comprises: Ground-floor: - a very modern and well fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer,…) - a lovely living room (TV – fireplace) with an adjoining study - 2 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p.) - a beautiful and spacious shower room with 2 sinks - separate toilet.
First floor: - 1 bedroom (1x2p.) - 1 shower room.
Facilities: internet, gas BBQ, plancha.
After visiting the bustling city of Nimes, which is a stroll of about 500m through the woods, you will return to the peace and quiet the house offers, to enjoy the swimming pool, the garden, a delicious barbecue,… Nimes is easy to reach by public transport. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house!
