It is a functional house with air-conditioning throughout, easy to live in for the holidays offering a night side and a kitchen side, living room and dining area that are well separated.
In this house built into the rock, you will find that the rooms on different levels give it particular character and everyone can find a quiet area and space. Beautiful interior fittings.
The swimming pool is in the garden (10x5m salted water with an electric shutter) facing southward and you can stroll through the little lit-up alleys along the swimming pool that lead to lovely and beautifully-planted little gardens. 3 terraces are at your disposal where you can enjoy your meals as you wish.
The house is for maximum 6 pers. + 1 baby. It comprises:
* Large, beautiful living room and dining room (70m2).
* Lovely fitted Provençal kitchen, and its practical laundry room (washing machine, dryer, a second refrigerator and a wine cellar.
* 3 very spacious bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with a flat screen TV, DVD-player, parental suite, dressing room, spacious bathroom, 2 sinks
- 1 bedroom with a fitted cupboard and a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and valley
- 1 bedroom with a fitted cupboard, a terrace, TV and internet.
* 2 large bathrooms fitted in Gard stone with 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and many fitted cupboards.
