The stylishly furnished accommodation comprises a large living room with satellite TV, DVD & Hi-fi , a separate dining room, good size well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc), three air-conditioned bedrooms – one double with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. There is also a large family bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a good sized garden containing lawns, flower beds and a variety of fruit trees including apricots and cherries. A rear terrace, with a pretty wrought iron surround, is attached to the house. In the garden is a 10m by 5m private swimming pool with spacious surrounding patios and a pavilion with summer kitchen, sitting area and barbecue.

There is, in addition, a £200 returnable security deposit payable with your final balance and refundable within 4 weeks of the end of your stay if there is no loss or damage. Payment is pounds sterling unless a currency and amount agreed in advance.
