Big living room (satellite TV), DVD-player, CD-player, HiFi, an open and well fitted kitchen that is off the living room. 4 bedrooms (140 cm, 140cm, 140cm, 140cm), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 1 dressing room. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a gas cooker. In the dressing room: washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron.
Outside the house, you will find a beautiful swimming pool (5x10m) with an alarm and a large terrace. There is also an outdoor kitchen (sink, cooker, fridge, freezer, barbecue) with a teak table and chairs. The living room gives onto another terrace with teak furniture. The garden is delightful and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the landscape. Ping-pong table, pétanque alley, football goal. You can hear the road beneath the house. There is a cat.
