The villa offers easy access for the elderly (two bedrooms and one bathroom + toilet on the ground floor).
Easy parking. The basement has a playroom for younger guests. Safe swimming pool 9mx4m surrounded by a vast terrace with a pool house and a garden (pink laurel bushes, olive trees, palm trees, fig trees, lemon and orange trees, etc…), sufficient garden furniture. Change of scenery guaranteed !
