Dear Daniel and Josiane, We thank you so much for your kindness and warm hospitality during our stay. The gîte has so much charm and every little corner was so perfectly decorated that we “fell in love†with the place right away. In spite of the hospital stay of Brett, we felt comfortable and welcomed here.We hope to return here one day with our children who have already been charmed by Normandy in the past. One week stay of a French Family with children
First of all, congratulations for fixtures/fittings of this very “warm†gîte. Everything is made to feel very quickly at home. We only regret the rain which accompanied us for a small part of the week, but fortunately the nice fire place was there with its beautiful and good warmth. We thank you for your very warm welcome and kindness and only regret that our stay was for only one week.

Two weeks stay for French Families with chidren
We spent 15 very pleasant days in this comfortable and well equipped Gîte. This region is very nice and beautiful to (re)discover: the Mont St Michel, Avranches, Coutances, Granville, Carolles…and surroundings, the Zoo of Champrepus, Villedieu les Poêles and its market. Thank you for your discreet and sympathetic welcome all along these 2 weeks.

A German Family for three weeks in August 2013
Thank you very much from the all Family for these 3 weeks in this magnificent house which we all love very much. Everything was so nice and beautiful, the weather, the region and surroundings, excursions, and thanks for all the small help/aids in different situations. We shall come back if possible.

A country house with distinguished comfort including in particular a large sitting around an old fireplace and 3 large bedrooms nicely decorated. Between Le Mont Saint Michel and the Normandy landing beaches discover the many attractive features of the surrounding “bocage†and the nearby (10km) Normandy sandy coastline with daily shuttles to the Chausey islands and the British Chanel islands of Jersey, Guernsey,
This “gîte†stands as part of a “longère†(former traditional farm building) next to the holiday home of owners. It has been recently renovated and graded as a 3 (corn)ears (3 stars) by the official Departmental Tourist Office (Gîtes de France).
At floor level the gîte includes 2 rooms, a large fitted and well equipped kitchen with an authentic farm table and chairs for meals. Equipment includes among others a dish-washer and a cloth-washer. Next to this kitchen/dining is the sitting room with an old type of fireplace and TV. Upstairs , 3 bedrooms with a bed of 160 cm width, 1 of 140 cm width, 2 of 90 cm width that can be positioned separated or side by side, a bathroom with a bath and separated WC. There is also available a special chair and a special bed for a young child (baby).
