The house has been separated into two. The owner lives in the left half and the right half is rented. The two halves are separated by a wall. A gate allows you to communicate between the two yards.
The lodging comprises:
On the ground floor:
- A fully-fitted kitchen which also serves as a dining room (gas oven, electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,…).
- A storage room
- A living room (TV, DVD, CD) with a two-sided glass-fronted fireplace (you can see the flames from both the kitchen and the living room).
- A terrace covered by means of an electric pane which can be directed either towards the kitchen or towards the living room.
On the first floor:
From the living room, a large staircase will lead you to the first floor.
- 2 separate toilets
- 4 bedrooms (1x2p., 2x1p., 1x2p., 1x2p.). One of the bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom.
- One bathroom (bathtub, shower and a double sink).
Facilities: internet, garage, air-conditioning, barbecue, children’s games, many books.
Outdoors, you will find the swimming pool (8x4m). There is sufficient garden furniture, long chairs, etc.
