There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground-floor:
- Room 1 : 160 cm.
- Room 2 : 160 cm + 90 cm.
- Room 3 : 140 cm with an adjoining shower room and toilet.
Separate shower room with 2 sinks and a toilet.
In the beautiful and fenced garden (1000m²) you will find the large private swimming pool (10x5m – depth: 1.50m). Next to the swimming pool there is a delightful pool house with a toilet. In the evening, this is a wonderful place as the swimming pool is lit up and you can enjoy the view of the apricot trees. Barbecue.
