As you go through the property’s driveway you will immediately get the feeling of truly being in Provence amidst the secular sycamore trees. There is an entrance hall then to the right, you will find a bedroom (1x2p) with a private fitted shower. A staircase leads to the separate toilet. To the left there is a pleasant living room with an adjoining and spacious kitchen which is well-fitted (oven,, dishwasher,…). The frigdefreezer is in the small room nextdoor. You can enjoy the large fireplace from both the living room and the kitchen. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine. Next to the kitchen there is a small space that leads to a very large space with an office, and many games for children. All the rooms have French windows leading directly out to the large terrace.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 2x2p., bunk-beds). One bedroom has an open bathroom. Another bedroom has its fitted shower room. There is also a separate bathroom for 2 other bedrooms and 2 separate toilets. There are mosquito-screens on every window.
The garden is very spacious and has a very prairie-like feeling to it. It is delightful to rest by the swimming pool. For those looking for shade, there are beautiful sycamores. More than the necessary garden furniture has been foreseen.
