A very pleasant short walk takes you to the very sought after coastal village, here you have a good choice of restaurants, a snack bar with sea view, cafes/bars, a patisserie, an ice cream parlour, a mini-market, chemist, newsagent and a post office. During the summer season, there is also a local market once a week.
St Jacut de la mer has 11 pretty safe beaches to explore, a diving club, a children's sailing school and kayak hire is also available together with bike hire in the village and a tennis court next to the property with sea view!
Le Logis de la Mer is within very easy reach of the beautiful ancient walled town of St Malowith its attractive narrow winding cobbled streets and hosts of wonderful seafood restaurants and a must is the fascinating aquarium on outskirts of St Malo.
Even closer is the elegant Edwardian seaside resort of Dinard with lovely fine sandy beaches, children’s beach club and a choice of many water sports, this is also popular for its designer shops and the bustling nightlife at the Casino.
Explore at your leisure the charming quaint town of Dinan with picturesque buildings and medieval castle and ramparts.
Impressive Mont St Michel 65 km or visit the sea-bird reserve at Cap Fréhel 30 km.

The remaining balance and the £150 security deposit are payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
Compolsory end of holiday cleaning fee of EUR 50 payable onsite.
During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the gas heating and electricity charges: 50€ per week.
Changeover day Saturday 16 hrs / Saturday10 hrs in the high season period, however this can be altered in low and middle season.
