The house is centrally located in the region known for its many attractions, medieval walled towns (Sarlat 23 km), castles (within a radius of 25 km there are six), and every day there is something like a small market. Would you like to kayak? The Dordogne river is 15 km.
First there is the beautiful, large yard with patio and lawn. Two steps lead to particularly large terrace of 500 m2 at the house and the large private pool (6x15m, can be heated at extra cost of 75 euros / week) with jet stream. From the terrace with pool house (extra shower room and summer kitchen with grill, refrigerator, stove, washing machine), you can enjoy the view.
Inside you will find the living room (a really pleasant space) on the first floor with an adjoining large terrace. The interior is cozy and the fireplace with comfortable seating is a real eye-catcher. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (this applies to both kitchens). The porcelain dinnerware is also a cozy dinner, you do not have to leave Manoir.
Each bedroom is decorated tastefully. Via stairs from the living room you enter the tower, there are 2 bedrooms (2x1, 1x2), a separate toilet and a lovely shower room. On the ground floor you will find four spacious bedrooms, three bedrooms (1x2p, 1x2p, 1x2p) have double doors opening a shared bathroom and one bedroom (1x2) with shower room has a single door to the terrace and pool. In the adjacent guesthouse (accessible via a lockable connecting door) you will find a spacious living room with open kitchen and French doors to the patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1x2, 2x1) and a bathroom (bath + separate shower). Available for children: 1 cot, 1 baby bed, high chair, verschoonkussen, playpen, sandbox, 2 swings, family games, playing cards, children's lodge, slide, videotapes. Ample parking. Internet wifi.
