Located on a plot of 1000 m2 'L'Oustaou' is an old house of the 40s redesigned and enlarged wood frame in 2008.It consists of a living room and a dinning room overlooking the covered terrace and the garden. The kitchen is open to the dinning room for ease of use.The bedroom N°1 is south facing. It is equipped with a bed 160 x 200 and a storage cupboard.The beddroom n° 2 is facing west. It is equipped with two beds 90 x 200 and a storage cupboard. The bed linen is included in the rental.The bathroom has a bath and corner shower. The toilets are independent.You will find in the cellar a washing machine laundry and an additional storage space.
