Our mansion is situated near the village Saint Saud, 1,2 km where you can find a backary, boutcher, pharmacie, garage,
little supermarket, restaurants, bar tabac, hairdresser, postoffice.
On 400 meter you find the lake Le Grand Etang where you can swim and catch some fish (for fishing you need a permit).

On the ground floor: entrance, litte hall, bathroom, bethroom 2 single beths 90x 200 cm, living with full equiped kitchen,
