There is also a washing machine in the utility room.
The lounge area has a modern wood burning stove, and television with English FreeSat channels, French channels and a DVD player. A WiFi connection is also available. The lounge French doors lead out to the sunny patio, with garden furniture for relaxing and sun bathing.
The second lounge has another FreeSat TV with a cinema surround sound DVD.
The dining area has a table and chairs for six people.

There is a large pretty twin bedroom off the lounge with an en-suite wet room shower and toilet. The large upstairs double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony facing south with views over the open countryside. There are a further 2 bedrooms (double and twin) sharing a bathroom.
The gite has its own private parking at the rear of the property and an enclosed patio area with a barbeque and eating area.
There is a swimming pool for the use of the gite.
The grounds of 10 acres has many wild flowers and orchids, including the elusive Bee and Pyramid varieties and Snakehead Fritillaries down by the stream from which the property gets its name. Many wild birds such as Hen Harriers, Buzzards, Golden Oriels and Hoopoes, can be seen in the woods and fields around. Hare, Wild Boar and Deer can be spotted in the fields and woodlands.

10% of rental price payable at time of booking. Remainder payable six weeks befor arrival. There is a 250 Euro damage deposit payable on arrival.
A small charge is made during the colder months for firewood of 65 euros a cubic metre
