Ground floor: entrance, living room + library of 40 m² equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player - Satellite for French and German channels - a chimney fire, kitchen fitted separate (oven , dishwasher, hob, American fridge freezer and all the necessary equipment for a family), a laundry room with washing machine, separate toilet and a first room (bed 140) with its bathroom -WC. Upstairs, two large bedrooms with double beds (180 beds and 160) each and a children's room with 4 sleeping places possible, a second bathroom with shower and toilet. In total 160m ² very bright, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
The large terrace provides either be in the shade or in the sun. If necessary, the terrace has a heater for outside dining during fresh. It gives direct access to the large pool deck . The private pool is secured by a shutter. Beyond that, you can stroll in the large garden of 1 hectare which itself overlooks the countryside (40 hectares of meadows and woods). Outside you will find a table and chairs, benches, loungers, parasols, barbecue, games for children (swing, badminton, football goals ...) and a large playground of the garden!
