Sleeping 6-8 people, Domaine des Chaleureux is a charming stone farmhouse set in a secluded valley near the lovely village of Cuzorn, situated in the country with 4 acres of land, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind, yet is located on the border of the Dordogne, Lot and Lot-et-Garonne regions, with all the best that these have to offer right on your doorstep. As for the house itself, this is not a tiny gîte where you have to side step around the bed. It is a proper home from home with lots of space to spread out and have fun. There is plenty of outdoor space to play boules and there is an above ground plunge pool to cool off in when it gets too hot. You will also find it well stocked with herbs/spices/oil/salt/pepper/etc, all the basics so that it will not cost an arm and a leg to stock up when you first arrive. Enjoy the lovely surroundings come summer or winter. Either cosy up to one of two log burning stoves with a good book in the cooler months or, in the summer, lay back in the sun enjoying the views with a glass of something lovely!
Accommodation comprises a large entrance hall with twin staircases heading up to the master bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, a bunk-bedded kids room and main bathroom in one wing, and a twin-bedded room with en suite in the other wing. Downstairs there is a cozy lounge with wood-burning stove, two comfortable sofas (one of them a double sofa bed) and satellite TV. The other wing contains a large, well equipped kitchen-dining room with plenty of utensils including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. In the garden there are wooden table and chairs, with sun in the morning and shaded in the afternoon or, if you’re a sun worshipper, there is more seating next to the above ground plunge pool which gets the sun all day long.

To secure a booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit will be requested on return of the booking form. A further refundable £200 damage deposit will be required when the balance of payment is made.The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay (late bookings by separate arrangement). All linen and towels are included in the price.
There is no extra cleaning fee unless the house is left in a really bad mess!
There is a 5% discount on bookings greater than a fortnight. Changeover day is Saturday.
