The property is attached to the traditional Perigordine farmhouse. Located on the plateau at the corner of the Monbazillac’s village, it is an ideal place to spend your time. It is only 7 minutes away from Bergerac airport.
The property has a beautiful swimming pool (13m x 6m), which is shared with the property owners, placed below the rockery but not facing the main house. You can easily walk through the woodland and vines without leaving the cottage. The village is peaceful, popular vineyards and dominated by the 16th century chateau. Within a few minutes of drive there is a town of Bergerac, where you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, riverside port and other interesting places. Markets open mostly in day timing in the Bastide towns, and at night local eating and drinking is served to people.
