There are two bedrooms out of them the main bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom has a triple sleeper, a double bed beneath the single on the top. There is a comfy lounge with a tiled floor and granite fireplace.
The well equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, washing machine and microwave. The villa is located in the middle of Brittany in the village of Kergoff, nearby the village of Caurel. The holiday rental cottage is just 500 m from the Lac de Guerledan with its safe swimming, beaches, a number of waster sports such as skiing. There is a secure parking at the holiday rental cottage, launching fees and no parking at the lakeThe property is in the center of Brittany, ideal for getting to both the north and south coast. Very easy to get to, either by ferry or air. The area has stunning countryside. With many forest and lake side walks. The safe beaches at Lac de Guerledan are ideal for children to play on. There are many lovely towns such as Pontivy only a short drive away.
Restaurants.
One kilometer away along the lake path is a Creperie/ Pizzeria. Next door to that, is an excellent, but more expensive restaurant, ideal for a special meal out. There are further restaurants next to the beach. In Caurel there are a further two good restaurants (1km away). There are also other restaurants around the lake.
The nearest beach is safe for small children and is next to the restaurants.
