Close to the centre of Porlock, with shops, restaurants, pubs, tearooms and opposite a recreation field with children's play area, cricket pitch, tennis courts, bowling green and a barbecue area. A stable door to the front overlooks the entrance to the recreation field. At the rear is a small courtyard, with a babbling brook beyond a wall. There is parking in front of the property and along Parson's Street.
