Parking, a garden and river views, Rosebank has them all. Approach along St Saviours and park at the cottage where with care there is room for 2 cars, access is via a flight of steps which brings you to the entrance leading into a long covered porch. This area is ideal for storing bikes, fishing rods and your muddy walking boots after a day exploring the coastal paths and leads into the cottage itself.
Rosebanks' galley style kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any fish 'you may have caught?' and if not, has plenty of storage for food you have bought. From the hall you step into the very large, bright lounge and dining room, this area really is a treat, cosy enough to enjoy a romantic evening in front of the wood burner but large enough so the whole family can enjoy time together, lounging or dining. Dominating the room are the fantastic views across the garden and over the river, the entire frontage is glass giving the room a light airy feeling. Step through the double patio doors out onto the terrace and garden where it is easy to imagine taking long evenings spent barbecuing in the warm evening sun, well we are on the 'sunny side' of the river!
With two double bedrooms, both en-suite, and a further twin bedroom along with the separate bathroom Rosebank is big enough to house the whole family, or a party of friends whilst still remaining intimate for a couple and also allows a small dog so all the family can come!
Wifi access is available within the cottage along with an incoming telephone line so whether you wish to totally escape or still need to keep in touch with the rest of the world do it all from this comfortable and appealing cottage.
