Close to the Hall Walk this cottage has room for muddy boots and walking gear.
The ground level has an open plan layout with kitchen, lounge and diner with wood burner stove and is a warm and cosy space where you can instantly relax and enjoy your holiday. There is a TV and DVD for entertainment. From 1st May 2015 includes WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped for making family meals and snacks.
On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a newly refurbished shower room and a single bedroom. The stairs continue up to the second floor where amid the roof tops is a second living room. It has two window seats to take advantage of the river views. A great place to watch all the activities going on in the harbour. This area has settee which converts to a double bed. All these rooms have storage/convector heaters.
The small courtyard area, has a store cupboard, useful for bikes or canoes, and all those buckets and spades.
Parking is in the main car park, it is possible to unload luggage at the end of East Street which is close to the property.
The steep staircase may make this property unsuitable for very young children.
