There is a well equipped modern kitchen complete with integrated dishwasher, fridge and Neff oven and hob. The kitchen is spacious and leads through to the lounge with two modern leather double sofas. A flat screen television, DVD player and music system is provided for your enjoyment.
From the kitchen is a very useful utility room with a back door leading to a small, shared patio where there is a table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco meal or glass of wine!
The convenience of the property is not to be overlooked, unloading is easy, the beach, ferry, shops and pubs are all within a few paces.
