The apartment's Georgian paneled living room has high ceilings with decorative cornicing and a sumptuous modern chandelier. Beside a large decorative fireplace with TV above, there is a comfortable sofa to seat 3 and an armchair. Alcoves either side have Wi-Fi and a radio with CD and I-pod/I-phone docking and there is a selection of books and games. The TV features a smart hub, which allows you to watch movies via Netflix and BBC iPlayer. A stylish retro desk and chair sit in front of tall sash windows overlooking grand Georgian Bath-stone houses. A dining table seats 2 and a contemporary side-board is well stocked with cutlery and crockery.
An elegant bedroom has a 5' French style double bed, a chest of drawers, a small stool and a fitted wardrobe with shelf space. There are two tall sash windows with pretty drapes and shutters overlooking a quiet side-street, with wildflower papered panels between.
The attractive and glossy, contemporary-tiled bathroom has a counter-top basin with storage under, set in a deep window bay. There is a bath with shower over and a WC.
The compact white fitted kitchen has grey stone counter-tops, oak shelving and smart black floor tiles. This space deftly fits in a 2-ring induction hob, a wall mounted oven and microwave, a small fridge with freezer compartment, a washing machine and storage.
There is a parking permit for 1 car to park in the central zone of Bath. However, it is a great central property so a car is certainly not needed and the property is most easily accessed on foot if you wanted to arrive by train or coach. The Bath Spa train and coach stations are less than a 5 minute walk and the train has regular connections to London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads.
