A smart ground floor entrance with broad stairs leads to the grand first floor living and dining room with traditional Georgian wedding doors opening to a splendid kitchen. There are three plush velvet sofas to seat 8, a couple pouf stools and a large TV and DVD over an elaborate marble fireplace. Long extending dining tables can seat at least 10. Pictures of Lady Hamilton and her lover Nelson, gaze from the walls opposite lavish papered alcoves reflected in vast mirrors. A gold dresser holds an I-pod player (with adapter for other devices) along with extra table-ware and a selection of films.
The large fitted kitchen is topped with a black and gold granite and a central island with a large 5-ring hob at the center has 4 bar stools for drinks or treats. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer combined, large fridge and separate freezer. Cupboards are generously stocked with crockery and cooking implements should you wish to cater for a large gathering.

The spacious and romantic bedroom, representing the story of Emma’s life in Naples, married to Sir William Hamilton, has 3 large sash windows overlooking Edward Street and a decorative fireplace with carved gold mirror over. Two 3’ beds zip and link to become a 6’ double. There is a chest of drawers and dressing table with a wardrobe in an alcove cupboard. A large double sofa-bed and coffee table are comfortably positioned by a large TV with DVD and a selection of films.
