There is a dining station and a breakfast bar, looking out onto the south facing balcony and garden. The balcony houses an additional dining and seating area, which can be accessed from either the kitchen or living area.

This open plan design incorporates a natural Bath stone wall, with a high level TV, and remote controlled gas fire to living room. In this spacious room you will find a stunning Italian leather suite,tub chairs and sofa seating for up to 16 people.
A well stocked fish tank with tropical fish is set into the wall and separates the dining room from the living room providing an area of relaxed tranquility.
Dining Room
This has a large table and can seat up to 16 people for more formal dining. These rooms are flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, and give you panoramic views looking towards Bath, and Camden Crescent.
All the rooms are fitted with surround sound allowing you to play your music from your I-dock in the living room as well as the bedrooms. They are designed with individual fittings so that each occupant can have their own choice of music to listen to in their own rooms.

This has a modern stylish feel is located off the hallway.

This is fully equipped with original cinema seating, low level lighting, drinks/popcorn holders, giving that magical cinema experience, with overhead projector, surround sound, and ready to show your favorite movies. Sky TV is also available here and in the house

This area is designed for relaxing with a classic cocktail of your choice; the curved bar with a couple bar chairs and funky shelving and lighting will bring sparkle to any occasion. You can brush up on your cocktail skills by booking in a Mixologist to show you how to make cocktails or, if you prefer, simply have them served to you while you lye by the pool.

We know there is a large kitchen upstairs with everything in it you could possibly need but for those who want a reason never to leave the leisure area there is another kitchen conveniently located off the bar area fully equipped with oven,microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge.
There is a second cloakroom at the end of the hallway, where you will find the entrance to the leisure suite. Inside you will find a changing room, shelving housing pool towels, a further cloakroom and open shower area.
The fully tiled pool is concealed beneath an electric cover operated by a switch, and can be accessed by steps.The sauna, steam room and gym are also in this area.
Two sets of large bi-folding doors access a large paved area, equipped with barbecue and further seating.
