This property is unique in Canterbury as there is nothing else like it. The property is tucked away off the main road behind a former Victorian fire station and comprises of two large double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and King size beds. The house comprises of a large reception room with a sofa, sofa bed, flat screen T.V, with satellite digital channels, dvd player and music center with I-pod docking station. There is also a dining area that can seat up to 10 people along with a well equipped Kitchen/ Diner that's seats 4.
A courtyard garden wraps around the house to give it a very private feel. Free secure parking is provided on site and no extra charge is made for linen, towels or cleaning.
The property is located 10 minutes walk into the centre of this historic town with local shops and train station only 5 minutes walk away.
Trains take only 50 minutes into the centre of London. This property can also be rented in conjunction with the 'Arthouse' sleeping up to 10/12 people.
