The cottages are ideally located in a new village-style development just a few minutes' walk from Camber Sands beach.
Beach Side Cottage is an attractive, brick-built two bedroom holiday cottage offering a light and airy interior which has been furnished to a high standard in an appealing contemporary style. It has a pretty, south-facing pebbled garden with decking area, ideal for BBQ’s and summer dining after a busy day on the beach. Perfect for your summer holiday or short break at any time of year.
Ground floor: As you arrive at Beach Side Cottage you walk into a light and airy hall. To the left of the front door is a modern kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small table to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day. Downstairs cloakroom, sitting room with 32'' HD flat screen TV, Free view, and HD DVD player, iPod docking station, dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead to the decked and pebbled garden.
First floor: The master bedroom has a super king size bed which can be converted into two twin beds, and a dressing table. Twin room with two 3feet zip link beds which convert into a super king size bed, and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath (overhead shower), basin and WC. Both bedrooms have a clock radio with iPod docking station.
Outside: Fully enclosed, south facing pebbled garden. The decked patio has a teak table, chairs and parasol and a BBQ. Travel cot, high chair and stair gates. Private car port and visitors’ parking.
