The town has its own charming cinema, excellent restaurants (Italian, Turkish, Thai, Indian). Classy pubs, The Lord Nelson (a block from the house) and The Charles Dickens (on the sea front) are minutes away and offer an traditional atmosphere as well as superb dining. Broadstairs has just been voted the 2nd best seaside town in England after St. Ives in Cornwall.

To make a reservation, a £150 (or equivalent) deposit is necessary and final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or electronic transfer (preferred).

Arrival and departure is usually on Saturday, but this can be negotiated if bookings allow.
Prices are for the property per week (minimum rental period) in UK Pounds and include utilities, except where noted. Other times of the year are by request. A security deposit of £150.00 per week is required to make a booking. This is returned upon departure if there is no damage to the property. The final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival and subject to cancellation conditions. Non smoking.
