Over the years we have worked hard to ensure that our self catering holiday cottages, camping and caravan site, and fishing lakes are maintained to very high standard, with a helpful friendly service.
The Granary is a tastefully converted and furnished 18th century former grain store, forming part of College Farm, a thoroughbred stud and training yard. College Farm offers an up close experience of a working racehorse training yard, with the addition of a range of farm animals such as pigs, chickens, goats, geese, Shetland Ponies, cats and dogs. Arrangements can be made for guests to watch the racehorses being worked both at Collage Farm and on the nearby gallops.
The Granary contains a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with wood burning stove for cosy evenings and French doors overlooking the paddock. Upstairs offers two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other a twin room. The bathroom provides a bath/shower. Outside is a fully enclosed small private garden.
We currently have two lakes at the site, sporting mainly Carp and Tench. A smaller collection of Roach, Rudd and Bream can also be found here, all of which can be fished at your leisure.
