We wanted more people to enjoy our beautiful Wiltshire countryside
Mayflower is a cosy getaway set in the grounds of a 15th century thatched house. It has its own private terrace and BBQ area and a very modern kitchen which any budding chef would be proud of. . Large flat screen TV, WIFI , central heating and warming wood-burner for the winter months. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court which can be used with prior consent.
You will love the peace and tranquillity of Mayflower from where you can visit Avebury, Stonehenge, Bath, Marlborough, Oxford and Salisbury. You could stay here if you are off to 'Marlborough Summer School' or if you just want to relax or do some cycling along the 'Kennet and Avon Canal' .
The hamlet of West Grafton is 7 miles south of the famous market town of Marlborough, Wiltshire and 7 miles west of Hungerford, which is in Berkshire and is well known for its beautiful antique shops.
Mayflower is a spring board for many famous landmarks and towns, being under half an hour from such places as Stonehenge and the famous stones of Avebury and within an hours drive of Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and Heathrow Airport. It is right in the centre of the mysterious crop circles and the famous White Horses which are carved into the hillsides.
