The house sits all alone as it's the first home to be build it a small 14 lot subdivision. I had my choice of lots to build on. The views are specatcular with a far off distant view of the ocean. The house is about 1200 sq. ft with at least that much more on the outdoor pool and patio area where you will find yourself most of the time.
The house comes with an infinity pool, very large spa connected to pool with a waterfall, two master size bedrooms, king beds, HD tvs in each bedroom and one larger TV in the front froom. The kitchen has an upgraded gas stove, and larger refrigerator. Theres even a jacuzzi in the master bath.
House is fully furnished and equiped to enjoy your stay. All you need to do is bring food.
The house is located in the hills above downtown Sosua. It's up a very newly paved road about 6 kilometers. Monkey Jungle and Ziplining are on up the hill about 4 kilometer further. Sosua Bay and Beach is down the hill in town and Cabarette is down to the main highway and about 12 kilometers further up the coast.
The area has all the desired necessities from a local and moder hosptital, two mahor grocery stores, gas stations, and tons of resturaunts.
The only rules I have are that glass is not to be used in or around the pool or spa and local guests must have an identification held by the renter when on site.
