Tropical Tranquility is the name we chose for our condo because it is away from it all. A calming place where Mother Nature comes to rest! If you're looking for natural beauty and serenity, this is where to find it! The destination of “Punta Cana” is generally composed of the several tourist friendly towns, along with many all-inclusive beach resorts. We are located in the peaceful suburban condo complex of White Sands, which is about 3 miles from the often noisy, crowded ‘downtown’ condo complexes. It is quiet, peaceful and the perfect runaway from life.
Open one of sliders onto the very large covered balcony and look out over the stream below while enjoying the gentle ocean breezes. The view from the balcony is to write home about. You can watch for over 21 different species of birds as you look out over the lush tropical setting. You won’t worry about other condo rentals looking into your balcony as our unit faces a retired golf course for ultimate privacy. Sit and relax at the new porch furniture; cook your meal on the gas grill; enjoy a book; smoke a cigarette or cigar; sit by candle light and listen to the sounds of nature. Courtesy local cell phone and wireless internet are yours to use with your personal electronic devices such as iPad or laptop to stay connected to home via facebook and emails. Store your devices and valuables in the high tech electronic laptop safe while you are out and about.
Enjoy new living room furniture including new sleeper sofa, as well as dual zone central air conditioning with separate settings for living room/kitchen and for the master bedroom. Or turn on the ceiling fans and open the screened doors to let the warm tropical breezes in. This oversized 1Bedroom/ 2 full bath condo is well equipped with everything you need. Quality finishing materials abound the condo, like the granite counters, marble floors & solid hardwood throughout with a large back balcony accessible from 2 sets of sliders. This condo is located on the second floor and sleeps four.
Our condo is family owned and managed by an English speaking Property Management Company, who are very conscientious of your stay. They will assist you with very personal treatment and are always available to help.
Your 6 minute walk to our private beach is through the clean, safe, well maintained and lighted paved path of the Punta Cana Princess resort. You will not be exposed to stray dogs or street peddlers. Our White Sands private beach is beautiful, wide and full of tropical palm trees you can set under and relax with complementary use of lounging beach chairs. It is no wonder that some of the more upscale resorts are neighboring our beach! Too many water activities to mention.

If you need a change of pace from the beach, our condo is located in the building directly next to the beautiful and recently renovated pool and cabana area. Go ahead and relax on the lounge chairs and be sure to bring your cooler full of drinks and food before going to work on your tan. Here you can move your lounge chair under the large shaded cabana area when you need a break from the tanning.
The nearby towns of Bavaro, Cortecito & Los Corales are the towns with many locally owned businesses just outside the nearby all-inclusive resorts. Other amenities including restaurants, nightclubs, & casinos, the Cocotal Country Golf Club & the Palma Real Mall; home of the Hard Rock Cafe Punta Cana, Outback Steakhouse, a movie theatre, Intl. brand name stores, wine-tapas, sushi, pizza, & tons more are a short (car) drive away! At the new San Juan Shopping Mall you'll find a grand supermarket, several brand name stores, a Pizza Hut, IMAX theatre & more. Public transportation to & from Bavaro, Cortecito & Los Corales is available.
Prepare your own meals and drinks after visiting the local Super Pola grocery store. Sometimes a comfortable air conditioned taxi ride to a local restaurant and home again is what you need to cap off your day. If so, the taxi stand is a short 2 minute walk from your front door. You can also walk next door to an area resort and purchase a buffet dinner for about $20. Since you are a guest of ours at White Sands, these resorts (Punta Cana Princess, Ocean Blue and VIK Resort) allow you to purchase a day or night pass to their facilities for discounted rates.
It is recommended to fly directly into Punta Cana Intl. Airport (PUJ) & prearrange with us transportation with a driver who knows the area well. Most public taxi drivers are expensive and only know where the resorts are & not the names of condo communities.
