• 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo, Perfect place for a romantic getaway or family & friends reunion. Very comfortable and elegantly decorated. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children.
• Master Bedroom comes with 1 King size bed 32" led tv and en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and vanity and Tub/shower
• Living room comes with 2 Full size sofa beds. and 1 Guest Bathroom, with toilet, sink and vanity and shower.
• Free Wifi internet. Flatscreen 50” LED TV. Cable TV with international channels. netflix and Xbox.
Dining room inside and on the terrace, seat 6 each. Living room seats 6 . Fully equipped kitchen. Linens and beach towels are provided. Full AC and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The complex is a private Beach Community and features 24/7 Security, private Swimming pool and beach for guests only. Spa and Gym at a short stroll.
Private beach access to enjoy the soft white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of Bavaro beach, A short walk in either direction along the beach will give you access to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Walking along the street, you will find many amenities such as a variety of restaurants, ATM’s, bakery, grocery stores, drug stores, liquor stores, etc. A five minute cab ride will take you to the luxury Palma Real Shopping Center featuring the Hard Rock Café, movie theatres with movies showing in original version so mainly English and a large selection of high end shops and boutiques and Super Lama, a big supermarket. A ten minute cab ride will take you to the newly built San Juan shopping center with another large supermarket Super Pola, Ikea, Chef Pepper, and a variety of other businesses. A variety of world class golf courses are also a short cab ride away. An English speaking transfer service is available upon request.
Non smoking property, smoking is allowed on the terraces.

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.
TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:
• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.
• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.
• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.
• ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:
• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.
• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.
• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day
The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit.
