The cottage is standing on a 2100 m2 well kept natural ground with trees and shrubs in the cottage area known as "Tibirke Sand" by Tisvilde Hegn (wood) and the tourist resort Asserbo.
The cottage is situated not far from the towns Frederiksvaerk og Helsinge and one of Denmark's best beaches by the sea Kattegat, between the seaside resorts Liseleje and Tisvildeleje. There is a Large supermarket and a restaurant within 2 km from the house. There is good proximity to good bus and train links.
The cottage is an all year round insulated log house for 5 people. The cottage is well furnished with modern furniture and includes: 2 bedrooms, each with two beds, 23 m2 living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen, stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, fireplace, electric panels, satellite dish, color TV, DVD player, stereo radio, wireless high speed internet, hot and cold running water, bathroom, vacuum cleaner and roofed terrace. For outdoor use there is also garden furniture, barbecue and bicycles.
