The 260 m2 on two levels, as the water both above ground. On the opposite side is the lower level and partially into the terrain. From the upper level there are great views over the fjord.
The house is extremely comfortable and well furnished. Heating is by oil burner.
5 guestrooms have respectively 4, 4, 3, 2 and 2 beds - all with box-spring or spring mattress. In addition, there are two loose mattresses and a cot.
Toilet and bathing facilities are distributed with a toilet, a bathroom with shower and a bath niche in the sauna. The house is in all respects well equipped and is extremely gentle and suitable where several families wishing to holiday together, socialize together in a weekend or meet for festive gatherings.
The house is family-friendly with toys and movies for slightly older children. Furthermore, one would bring little Fido, under the condition that it not staying in beds, furniture and pool.
