It has been decorated in a modern, stylish manner. A circular staircase flows through the house from the front of the property. The entrance is from the first floor which has a living room, separate dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs leads to the lower ground floor level where you find the self-contained flat consisting of another separate living and dining area with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Patio doors lead to the pool area and garden. On the second level you find the three other bedrooms each with balconies holding stunning unobstructed views of Yeronissos island or the Peyia Hills.
All the rooms are very spacious and light. The established garden is very private with a barbecue area by the pool ideal for relaxing or hosting private parties in the summer. The swimming pool is a good size for the family with plenty of patio space around the pool area for children to play safely and an outside shower. This villa is a real gem and we welcome you to chill-out during the wonderful, warm Cyprus summers.
