Supermarkets, tavernas and night life, as well as other facilities are nearby. Paphos harbour is about 15mnts drive. Paphos airport 45 mnts, Akamas peninsula 10 mnts drive and Polis village is 25 kms away. The villa can be described as being very homely, comfortable, luxurious and tastefully decorated. Built and managed by the owner it is kept in a pristine condition. Surrounded by a beautiful and secluded garden with views of the mountains at the back and sea views at the front, a secured parking on the side, the 2 storey villa has 3 double bedrooms with balconies, two on the upper floor, one with an en suite bathroom and 2 other bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and bright with wall A/Cs, and central heating for the colder months. An open plan living room with fireplace and dining room open on both sides of the house, to a furnished private terrace and pool (4.5x10mtrs) area at the back and to a covered open patio/terrace at the front. There is a housekeeper’s room with shower next to the pool. The house is fully air conditioned, has mosquito netting at windows and has free Wi-Fi.
