Beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, with warm natural colours and textures, combining comfort with relaxation, for up to 6 guests.
Ideally situated, on a small private development of just five properties, Villa Harmonia is only 8km from Paphos centre, offering peaceful, relaxed rural living for both couples & families alike. Wonderful countryside all around, great to explore on foot, cycle or by car.
Despite the rural beauty and tranquillity of Marathounta, all the local amenities of Paphos town, the golden sandy beach of Coral Bay, the ancient/historical sites and picturesque Paphos Harbour are all just a short drive away.
It has everything one could wish for, to ensure a truly relaxing holiday experience!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms - There are 3 double bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a kingsize bed, dressing area, ample drawer/wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room with luxury double size shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. There are two further bedrooms located on the first floor, both fitted with twin beds and built-in Italian designed wardrobes. There is also a seperate family bathroom located on the first floor, fitted with bath/shower, wash hand basin and WC. All bedrooms have access to a furnished veranda/terrance area and are fully air-conditioned. Bedrooms 1 and 2 will also accomodate a travel cot.
Lounge/Dining Area - The villa has a modern, spacious, open plan living & dining area, fully air-conditioned, with a range of comfortable seating for up to six people. There is a traditional Cypriot style feature fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD / CD player, with a selection of films and music. Patio doors lead onto a large pergola covered veranda area, with outdoor dining & seating for 6 people.
Please Note: smoking is not permitted inside the Villa
Kitchen - Fitted with Italian designed units, the kitchen is fully equipped with a range of modern appliances, including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob with extractor & a full size oven and grill. There is also a kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, cafe style toasted sandwich maker and enough utensils to keep, even the gourmet chefs happy!
Outside - Both the master bedroom and living area have large patio doors leading onto the ground floor veranda, which boasts uninterupted countryside and sea views. This is an ideal place to enjoy 'alfreso dining' or just relaxing in the mediteranean sun.
A large 'Outback' gas BBQ is available for those lazy evenings at the villa. There is a good sized (9 x 5m) shared pool adjacent to the villa and the property is equipped with it's own sun loungers. Upstairs is another large, furnished terrace area (25 sq m), enjoying the same picturesque valley views, which can be accessed via patio doors from both the landing and bedroom 3. An ideal place for catching those last rays of Cypriot sun!
