Located close to the sea, we bring you everything that will make your stay not only a comfortable one, but also memorable. The bedrooms, the living area, the kitchen, the terraces – all are equipped with sophisticated furnishings. The living room has access to the ground floor terrace. The lower terrace is quite spacious with quick access to the garden. There is a shared swimming pool for you, which is 30 seconds from the front door, yet hidden up a flight of steps. It is rarely busy, even in peak season. A toddler pool is also there. Relax on the ground floor terrace with outdoor sofa, barbecue and dining area.
The villa is equipped with everything you could need (utensils, cleaning products etc) and we operate a replace-as-you-use policy.
Free wifi is included. A welcome pack of essentials such as bread,tea, coffee, wine etc is included for stays of 7 days or more. End of stay cleaning is also included plus an extra mid stay clean for stays of 2 weeks or more. We are happy to provide lots of information on the resort, nearby beaches, restaurants, waterparks etc. On the resort itself you can find golf, tennis restaurants, bars, a spa, and horse riding. There is also a small supermarket, ATM, car and bike rental, medical facility and a 5 star hotel.
Paphos town is only a 15 minute drive away. Aphrodite's Rock beach is a mere 3 minute drive. The resort operates two of its own beach clubs in the summer months - one opposite the resort entrance and another, the Zias Beach Club, a 15 minute shuttle bus ride away.
