The apt is uniquely positioned with direct garden access to the adjoining Village swimming pools, one for kids and one large overflowing, privacy screened by a beautiful lantana hedge. The Resort has a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, outstanding 18 hole championship golf course, Golf Club, a world class SPA, Tennis Academy, Kids Club, free access kids playground, horse riding, restaurants, bar, Beer Garden, Costa Coffee Cafe, Haagen Dazs Cafe, ATM, Mini Supermarket, bicycle rental, car rental, and a Chapel.
Each room has air-conditioning/heating with remote control (split units). Additional electric heaters are provided for November to March. Solar water heating and immersion heater. Walk through access directly from the apartment to the adjoining pool which includes a separate shallow children's pool and a shaded area. Heating of the pool is subject to weather conditions.
