The property is 1 mile to Limassol's sea front, being a 3 minute car ride or 30min walk straight to the heart of the tourist area and beaches.
Secluded away from the traffic and noise, yet only a 5 to 10 min walk to the many local amenities, eateries, supermarkets, educational facilities, shops and the main highway. (This includes a large local/continental style bakery, an english speaking pharmacist, a super market, a fruit super market, a hyper market, greek tavernas, chinese restaurant, 24 hour newsagents, and a full menu take away restaurant). This property can be rented in conjunction with Home 10299 to sleep up to 10 guests.
The Ground Floor consists of a fully functional kitchen with granite worktops, combined double living room & dining area and separate water closet. Secure car parking allocation via driveway.
