There are only 2 closely neighborhood houses and 2 further away on the hill providing a very serene and quiet area to live in. The house is situated at a dead-end road with absolutely no traffic and across the street there is a community children's playground to be used by children but mostly guaranteeing that no house will be built in the future to block the amazing views of Akrotiri and Limassol city. Also you will enjoy unostractable divine sunsets from Pissouri bay coming out of the surrounding Cyprus pine trees.
The house is gated on the all around, either by metal gates for car and front door entrance and high walls and additional wooden privacy walls at the back garden. The path to the front door is accompanied by two small gardens and a small veranda. On the east side of the house there's car park, enough for 3 vehicles and separated with secured 1.5meter wooden gate from the back garden. The back garden has a 27m2 garden planted with trees, aromatic bush-like plants, lemon trees and flowers, also including a small pond. At the far end of this garden there's a separate spacious 6m2 dog house which is securely gated and half way covered with wooden roof. The swimming pool is circa 24m2, with salt water, fully equiped and well maintained throughout its life. There's a small cactus garden attached to the pool with a fountain wall at the end of it. The back garden has a large pergola attached on the door leading to the house and a large storage room housing the swimming pool filtering equipment and shelfs for gardening equipment or any other necessity.
The ground floor level of the house is an open plan space compromising the kitchen, sitting area and television area. The kitchen comes with a large, two double bowl sink, 3 upper and 3 lower large cuboards, silver design Bosch oven and hob, microwave and a large single door fridge.
