We booked this villa for 6 people and the size of the property accommodates this easily. Location is nice - rural, but only a short drive to the town of Limassol and all it has to offer. On the face of it the villa is nicely presented. However, in reality it is tired and needs a lot of investment, not to mention a deep clean. The cupboards and draws are full of books, CDs and general brick-brak, little of which is useful for holiday makers and would benefit from a good sort out. The villa is for sale, which may explain the lack of investment - simple things like broken sunbeds, broken oven, broken BBQ, cracked pool tiles, cracked glass panels, broken and uneven decking and more. Another downside is that the electricity is charged by units and the allowance is tiny - meaning YOU NEED TO GET A METER READING ON ARRIVAL AND ON DEPARTURE FROM THE OWNER. It's part of the terms and conditions but for some reason the ownus is on the traveller to obtain and verify....or you risk losing some/all of your deposit! We would not stay here again

Do not believe the photographs
The villa is a good size, but needs lots of TLC. The photos on the site show how it used to look, but sadly it is no longer at this standard. Lots of things need replacing or fixing. For example the oven door does not close, the wine fridge does not work and the electric gates work when they want to. Tiles around the pool are lifting, there are nails sticking up from the decking. The villa is in need of a deep clean. The trees need a good cut back and the mess made by the birds clearing. Very disappointing.
