It has a panoramic sea view and is located 1 km from Maroni village and less than 2 km from the coast. It is about 30 minutes from Larnaka and Limassol, 40 minutes from Nicosia, about 1 hour from Ayia Napa, Protaras and Troodos and about 1 hr 20 min from Pafos. It is only 15 minute drive from Governor's beach. It is very close to Zygi, famous for its fish restaurants and other very attractive villages such as Tochni, Chirokitia, Psematismenos and Lefkara which is famous for its handmade lace.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a large balcony and a private swimming pool which is 1 metre deep at shallow and 2 metres deep at the deep. It is in use from May till October, weather permitting.
In the grounds there are three large aviaries with different birds such as pigeons, hens, ducks, geese, budgies, etc.
We are close enough to help our guests in anything that will make their stay as pleasurable as possible, but of course leave them alone in order to enjoy their stay in peace and quiet.
The villa can also be rented to six guests instead of eight, even though it can accommodate eight guests. This will be at a lower charge. For further information contact the owner.
